These Terms of Service govern your use of the Goji Solution websites and your engagement with Goji Solution Pvt. Ltd. and its brands. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service-specific terms and scope are defined in individual proposals and engagement agreements issued before work commences.
All client engagements begin with a written proposal specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. No work commences without explicit written acceptance of the proposal. Any changes to scope require a written change order before additional work begins. No verbal additions or retroactive charges apply.
Goji Solution commits to agreed delivery timelines or proactive communication before any delay. Client-caused delays (failure to provide content, approvals, or access on schedule) will extend project timelines proportionally, documented in writing. Goji Solution is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them under their engagement (website design, custom software). Goji Solution retains rights to general frameworks, templates, and pre-built components used in delivery. Third-party components are licensed under their respective open-source licences.
Both parties agree to treat each other's confidential business information with reasonable care. Goji Solution will not disclose client project details to third parties without consent. Clients may be listed as references with their permission.
Goji Solution's liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. Goji Solution is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue or data resulting from use of our services.
Goji Solution warrants that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Post-delivery support terms are specified in individual engagement agreements.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed and costs incurred to the date of termination are billable. Advance payments for uncompleted work are refundable less reasonable costs incurred.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if unresolved, through mediation or arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
